Service Description

Don't neglect your body the benefits of improved mobility and range of motion! I practice a type of "warrior yoga" that focuses on the areas of the body that require mental and physical attention. Here we will train on your flexibility and balance as it pertains to martial arts, functional fitness and rehabilitation. This is a program made just for you and will focus on your mobility weaknesses, balance, fluidity and energy flow both on the external and the internal fields of energy. You will need a yoga mat and at least a 10 foot diameter to train in.
