When life is a fight, train like a fighter. This is a class that uses high intensity calisthenics and principles of martial arts and kickboxing to get you in great shape. This course is split into two types of training. First, functional fitness conditioning where you practice the physical skills necessary for self defense. And, fight theory, where you will practice specific methods and philosophy of self defense and fighting.
